Back in 2006, the folks over at neweurasia asked me to write up a possible political/military scenario for Xinjiang in 2021. Ever since then, there has been a steady erosion in the perceived — and perhaps actual — stability of the region. What seemed like wild speculation at the time doesn't seem quite so outrageous now. Take this excerpt from the post, for instance: "Beijing ignored initial protests in Hotan during the spring of 2018, only to send in troops that summer when evidence surfaced

Press Bias Against Clinton Continues
Sat, 19 Apr 2008 12:53:43 PDT
Just a quick example, there are literally too many to cover at this point. The press has really been piling it on Clinton this last week. This from (act surprised now) Obama's hometown newspaper, the Obama-endorsing Chicago Sun-Times. In a story published this morning Sun-Times reporter Chris Fusco echoes an inaccurate statement from Bill Ayer's brother Rick Ayers without correction, extending and just passing forward the lies being told by Obama operatives and surrogates.
